By accessing aia4.io you agree to these terms. Individual client engagements are governed by their own signed statements of work, which take precedence over these website terms.

02Services

Descriptions and prices on this site (including the $5,000 AI Readiness Assessment and Fractional CAIO retainer minimums) are indicative and confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.

03Intellectual Property

Site content, the AIA4 brand, and the AIA4 design system are the property of AIA4/Cleverwork. Client deliverables are owned per the applicable statement of work — our default is that you own what we build for you.

04No Warranty on Site Content

Content on this site is provided for general information and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Outcomes described in case studies are specific to those engagements.

05Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIA4 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

06Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the applicable engagement agreement, or failing that, of the United States.
